Coral Quality Guarantee (CQG)

If you are unhappy with anything, do not hesitate to ask. Customer service is our number one priority and if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, let us know by sending an email to patrick@bayareacoral.com.

As much as we are constantly improving our shipping procedures, some corals will not survive the shipping process. Majority of times, this is due to forces out of our control such as shipping delays, extreme weather conditions, and poor handling during transit. If a coral arrives dead (DOA), please take a picture of it, and send it to us as soon as possible. We will provide a refund credit for the price of the coral. Unfortunately, we cannot offer replacements, only credit.

There are two reasons for this:

1) sometimes the coral is unique and a suitable replacement does not exist

2) the cost of another round of shipping is prohibitively expensive.

Returns are not possible.  Please do not send back corals unless specifically requested to do so by us.
